inChoir Membership
If you decide to join inChoir after attending your free taster session, a membership fee is payable. The fee, a one-time payment of £20, will provide you with access to the members' pages of the inChoir website, a folder to hold your music and pen. You will also be able to download audio recordings of the harmony lines from the members' pages of the web-site and participate in numerous performances and events throughout the year should you wish to do so.
You will be emailed links to download copies of the words and music for the songs we sing, which we ask you to print and bring with you each week - we will have copies (20p a song) for those of you who forget or who don't have access to a printer.
Your first 'taster' session at inChoir is free. Thereafter, you have the choice of paying in advance for the term at a discounted rate or a pay-as-you-go option which is £7.50 each week you attend, payable on the door. We offer a discount to couples or a second family member from the same address.
Fees for the Spring 2020 Term are:
Adult (over 16)
£65.00 for the 10 week term which equates to £6.50 a week.
or £7.50 a session on a pay-as-you-go basis
Couple (two adults) from the same address
£125.00 for the term (which equates to £12.50 a week)
or £14.00 a session on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Terms fees cover you for one inChoir session a week for the twelve weeks of the Autumn term. To benefit from the discount, advance payment must be made at or before the first session of term.
Payment can be made in cash, by online transfer or by cheque; cheques should be made payable to "inChoir" and online transfer details will be provided on request. At some choirs, payment by credit or debit card is possible
For the most part, all choirs sing the same songs each week so, if you can't make your own session one week, you can attend another inChoir session instead. And, should you fancy singing more than once a week, you can attend a second inChoir session in the same week for the reduced price of £4.00.

inChoir Performances
To sing in our concerts and other performances, you will need to have been a member of inChoir for at least six weeks and to have attended at least four of the six inChoir sessions prior to the performance (in addition to any specific rehearsals arranged).
You will need an inChoir polo shirt and, for cooler weather, an inChoir fleece and, in the summer and for some winter concerts, a white inChoir shirt or blouse with a red inChoir scarf or, for gentlemen, a red inChoir silk tie. Black trousers, or a black skirt and black tights, and black shoes are also required.
