It's Chriiiiistmas!

Well, it's not. Yet. But I wonder how many of you now have Slade's "Merry Christmas everybody" in your head. You're welcome!

I'm sure that most of us could name at least some of the most popular Christmas songs of all time ("Fairytale of New York", "Band Aid", "All I want for Christmas"...and so on), but how about the most annoying songs? No doubt some of you will think that the songs mentioned above should also be on the annoying list but, perhaps unsurprisingly, none of them feature. What did surprise me was that I didn't know all of the songs on the list.

A couple of 'fun facts' about me:
I might be the Number 1 lover of Christmas.
I think I know every Christmas song (I don't, but I'll invent the words and sometimes the tune as well to cover this up and 'sing along').
I was a ​Huge fan of The Spice Girls back in the day (I was 10).

...How did I NOT know that they recorded a cover of "Christmas Wrapping" as a Christmas single?

Needless to say, I have now listened to it and can report that it's terrible.

Getting back to the point though, did you know that inChoir have in fact sung one of the top 20 most annoying Christmas songs of all time! Can you believe that! I personally believe that most  - but not all - of these songs deserve their place on this list and could name a couple which should definitely be higher...but I don't think OUR song choice should be on there! Do you? Can you remember which one we sang....?
